    13º FECICAM Festival de Cine Español Emergente (Festival de Cine de Castilla-La Mancha) Send your Film 1. Philosophy El FESTIVAL DE CINE ESPAÑOL EMERGENTE (FECICAM), oriented towards new producers, supports independent films and fosters alternate author’s films, thus contributing to development of cinematography. Among its basic objectives is spreading and promoting makers in Castilla-la Mancha. FECICAM tries to promote emerging artists and Debut Films (until and including the director’s third job). 2.     El ganador de la categoría Piloto de Serie Nacional ha sido ‘Amnesia 3.0’, de Irene Pin; mientras que el Premio del Público ha recaído en el cortometraje ‘Con nuestros mayores de 50 años’, del director Javier López Velasco.
